Niels Kristian Møller: "Denmark has not neglected Greenland," says Niels Kristian Møller (50). He lives at South Harbour Copenhagen. The negative is heard. The positive is forgotten. There are many positives between Denmark and Greenland. “We love King Frederik of Denmark. We are very loyal to him. But Trump? He is a devil. Why should we believe him? He always lies,” says Niels.

Niels´ family are spread around in Northern Europe. “Trump is a disgrace to humanity. He is simply a devil. He always manipulates.” Greenland and Denmark are a marriage: Arguing and loving.

Niels Kristian Møller (50) is gay and has ADHD, where his thoughts can quickly go in several directions at once. He lives in Sydhavnen, Copenhagen, has friends around him, most of them from Denmark and Greenland. He moved to Denmark many years ago, where he now receives help with housing and finances.

Many of Niels' family members have unfortunately died, and he lives in Denmark, where the rest of his family has lived in Greenland, the Faroe Islands, Norway, Sweden. The grief is hard, but music, cigarettes and alcohol have become a part of life, where he misses them.

Copenhagen. When Niels was young, he sometimes wondered: “Why do other people think like that?”. He felt that his way of thinking was different from others. Later, he found out that he has ADHD.

Niels sees the Trump administration's plan to take over Greenland as diabolical. He doesn't like it, and believes that Denmark and Greenland are like a marriage that will always evolve.

Copenhagen. ADHD can make Niels very forgetful. He can have many thoughts at once, which can be hard to deal with.

God is the greatest thing for Niels. Our Father and communication with God. Niels is very grateful for the help he has received from Denmark. He could feel overlooked in Greenland, and Denmark welcomed him. Life has not been easy for Niels with suicide attempts and the grief over family members who have passed away. The love for Greenland and Denmark and the people of both nations lives strongly in him.

Suicidal thoughts and attempts are not a loving direction, and Niels is very happy with his friends at Sydhavn, where he feels connected.

After his mother's death, Niels got help from the municipality to clean up his apartment, and he stayed overnight with a friend in Østerbro, who is a very helpful person. The thought of being in the apartment, during a clean-up, was unbearable.

Copenhagen. Niels has experienced depression several times in his life. Especially after the death of his mother. Warm and pleasant thoughts about the world and other people help him a lot.
